Shipping: how long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. In most cases, domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days, while international delivery can take 7–21 business days. During peak seasons, shipping may take a bit longer.
Do you ship internationally?

Will I receive a tracking number?

What is your return and refund policy?

If you enable location, we use it to show nearby profiles—your exact location is never displayed publicly. We don’t ask for anything we don’t need to run the service.
Who can see my profile and photos?
Your profile is shown to other users in discovery. Your private details (email, payment info, device identifiers) are never visible to anyone. You can control what appears on your profile, and you can hide or remove photos at any time.
